>>12028771Not him and I don't know about the patch for kids, but I saw a study that found improvement for people with ADHD from nicotine so I started buying nicotine gum (since I have adhd and can't seem to cop a good prescription).
I take a 4mg piece every other day and spend .5 - 1 hour working.
It works pretty well compared to baseline.
I take a week or two off when my box of 20 pieces runs out.
I read somewhere that patches last a lot longer than gum and that this was a point of contention in the studies on nicotine in adhd as some studies would use patches and others would use gum and so the timing became a variable that had to be controlled.
Regardless, I haven't moved to patches yet as I don't want to get a tolerance.
Obviously this isn't a real study, but I've also tried other stuff like phenylpiracetam and only noticed improvement with nicotine.
They sell it on amazon and don't check ages (even though I'm in my mid 20's, it's still a hassle to leave the house and buy shit like this).
