The Ayyynstein Paradox

Given that relativity is real, there is infinite free energy available to any creature which can accelerate a spacecraft to the necessary minimum entry speed, whatever that may be.
The cosmic microvave background radiation glows in every direction at 2.73ºK, which isn't very much wattage per unit area even integrated across the whole sky, however accelerate in any direction and the background radiation grows hotter, as acceleration continues eventually the energy from the sky becomes powerful enough to power further acceleration, creating a runaway effect that allows infinite speed to anyone able to harness the power.
If there are ayyys anywhere in the universe they'd have used this neat little trick to have visited us by now because pretty much instant travel to anywhere is possible for them. They'd have long since spammed bots to visit every star in the universe to find the planets with other life on it and they'd be here right now, if they existed and relativity was real.
