/biosciencefag/ here. asking for advice from fellow molecular biologist anons on what would be the best way to deal with this.

so I have a bunch of maxipreps with fucking low concentrations (~0.1 ug/ul, idk why it got so low) and I want to enthanol precipitate them to get a higher conc. I have 6 eppendorf tubes, so approx 9 ml of prep. can I just throw this into a 50ml conical tube for the precipitation? will it work as efficiently as doing it in smaller tubes? what centrifuge speed should I use when spinning it down?
