I want to study physics, CS, economics, i'm thinking of doing physics because it seems the most difficult and do the rest by myself, is it possible?

That's completely incorrect. Physics settled on the appropriate methodology around Newton's time and has since been using it to produce nonsensically fantastic results.
Economics, on the other hand, is hell. Clearly substantially harder.

Unless you mean the degree and not the science, physics degrees are usually harder to get.

I think you can learn any of these on your own. Especially by the time you have a university degree, you'll have developed the meta-skill of learning to the point where you'll be able to teach yourself almost anything you want using books and online sources.

I would go not for the most difficult one but whichever one you think would be best to have a degree in for the purposes of jobs etc.
