Scientifically speaking... why have blacks never made any significant progress in the last 2000 years compared to whites/asians, even when they migrate to economically stable first world countries that offer them great education resources?

Math is closely related to language. Before you get Math you have general language.Abstract thinking comes from meta cognition. Basically Recurrence

I.e
1D The apple is Red.
2D I know the apple is Red
3D I know that i know the apple is Red.

Its very easy to miss recurrence if your environment doesnt select for it
