Okay i need a medicine person to help me out since i cant get a doctors appointment for like 3 months due to corona.

Ive never had any problems whatsoever for my entire life with this, but like a week ago i started getting extreme stomach cramps, diarrhea, the stomach cramps stopped after 1-2 days but i've had diarrhea for over a week and nothing helps(loperamind etc)

Should i be worried? Whats the chances it just a GI infection and will pass and whats the chances its something chronic like EPI or IBS? Im fucking scared
