Rh is false. A while ago, someone introduced the symbol ? because it made it easy to describe a real number which was not easy to describe with the symbols that already existed. Simply introducing the symbol ? did not require a new definition of R; ? was a way to easily describe an elusive number in the pre-existing definition of R. Similarly, I have not changed the definition of R by introducing the infinity hat symbol. I introduced it because it was not easy to describe numbers of the form
$$\widehat\infty-b=x\in(-\infty,\infty)=\mathbb{R}~~~,$$
with the symbols that existed before I introduced infinity hat. Note how this is the same thing someone else did introducing
$$\pi=x\in(-\infty,\infty)=\mathbb{R} ~~.$$
