Are people with ASPD and/or Psychopathy the only truly sentient humans? Why is it so hard to study their intelligence and predict their lives? Why do they seem to self report having no sense of identity?

Overly empathetic people are the worst. They care to much about shit they really have no fucking business worrying over. Generally ending up terribly depressed and at times suicidal and or killers who think they are helping.

Psychopaths are not inherently sadistic. They just inadvertendly do things that hurt others indirectly throughout life. The idea that they are sadistic people is ridiculous.
