Why does the penis stop growing? The same androgens that cause growth of penis to occur are present in adult males where the penis has stopped growing, so why doesn't the penis just continue to grow in adulthood?

Pretty sure androgens don't make the penis bigger. Maybe prenatal ones do but postnatal definitely doesn't.

I've been in dissection rooms and in anatomy classes (with cadavers), I've gotten to see inside a dead body and hold their brain, see their lungs, heart, etc.

Generally it doesn't bother people that much, even the professor who has spent decades handling and cutting brains.

Its possible to enlarge it with the right mix of growth factor -> stamcell + gene expression.

Also, avoid retaining too much urine. I was told my capacity of 1 litre was WAY too much and would cause back pressure problems for the kidneys.

I have understood that one of the reasons man has evolved so far is his ability to adapt to almost any situation imaginable. From a psychological standpoint, getting used to dissecting bodies for a living shouldn't be too hard.

Because hormones don't relate to growth factors. They correlate at best, and if it were a hard causal membrane then the entire body would be an uncontrollable cancer that never stops growing. There are undiscovered factors in the cessation of developmental growth that have nothing to do with hormone correlation.

Is it known through which mechanism the effect of growth factors are inhibited? I've heard that the relevant receptors are just down regulated to such an extent that there is no further growth.

Would the correct growth hormones + an increase in receptor density cause growth of the penis? It'd be like getting a second puberty for your penis.

Can you prove that your experiment wouldn't just cause a second penis to grow? Would it grow inside or outside the body? If inside, on which organ? The same goes for all other limbs or cell types. It's a regenerative-medicine-complete task.
