What is wrong with me?
When I masturbate, about 30% of the time I have a dry orgasm. It feels like an orgasm, I lose my erection, and my penis becomes very sensitive, but there is no ejaculate.
About 20% of the time I spontaneously and immediately lose all libido without having an orgasm at all. My dick just becomes soft and I find porn disgusting.
The other 50% of the time I masturbate successfully with ejaculate.
I successfully ejaculate maybe twice a week. What gives?
