Rape is so zero sum, its a game people play and a game to catch them and punish them. If they wear a condom they are likely to remain free.
If you make them breakfast you are already over it and they will lose the power feeling and be less likely to do it again or escalate their attempts at violence. Prison is the best result. though I am surprised it is one of the few mental deficiencies we do not medicate people for. Doctors are hypocrites. I doubt the sexual action in itself is what causes PTSD.
The loss of bodily autonomy by force combined with the realization that the product (here sex you subconsciously offer) can be simply taken without your consent is what can cause PTSD.
Some, probably many women however get aroused by rapists because they're forced mating is one of the characteristics that originally fared well in tribal settings and thus were selected for.
