Energetic fluidity means creativity is inherent in the very design of energy flow. At root we are designed to be malleable by chemical/electrical/electromagnetic interference and as such will never have the ultimate logical thought en masse.
Only by planting a mind in a neural net of shielded and perfect transmission design will we get close to the perfect thought, even then it is based on energetic ability to store information and the ultimate information is 'I am not sure' because the information itself is outmassed by the electrical passivity of none occupied area.
