I've done this, it works, the book recommends heavy breathing and squeezing your hands, feet, teeth, and glutes really hard. I suppose "squeeze everything" also includes the "blast it with piss" muscles, so this might be where he's sneaking that in.
Everything else is just visualization. One of the core teachings is "testicle breathing", wherein one channels energy up from the testicles. There's a lot of visualization, it's all rooted in chi and ying and yang and jin and jing and yin. So having said that, and other stuff on nofap, that no there's no real biological benefits to nofap. If you "hold onto" your semen, your body will just digest it to make fresh semen. I'd be open to someone trying to explain how visualization has a biological affect on the body, however. I know the Wim Hof method is basically a rediscovery of Tummo, but that's breathing techniques which are different than just visualization.
The point of nofap is to make it so that you can only cum by getting a GF. If it does that, or if it stops you from wasting time on porn, do it. The benefits are totally psychological.
