Is it a huge mistake to do my graduate work in something related to quantum computing? I find it incredibly interesting and it seems like its going to be the way of the future, or is it all a big scam? I'm a senior physics major and am currently in the process of getting grad school applications together and I just want to make sure I'm not about to irreversibly fuck myself over by choosing this path.
