>>12015502The fat comes from the fat you eat, the real question is why it isn't getting burned? I think it's because some minerals were declared good and some bad, for no rational reason, which leads to disease. The most egregious ones are:
Copper. Widely known to be essential in numerous emzymes, yet treated as a poisonous heavy metal that should be avoided.
Manganese. Deficiency well established to induce "diabetes like" metabolic distuption, yet it is being insisted that deficiency is unknown and type II diabetes is some mystical "multifactorial" disease.
Calcium. Every single study shows that the intake is positively correlated with disease, yet it is always declared that those with low intake are healthy despite of it, and people should stuff themselves with the stuff. Some countries mandate that chalk (calcium carbonate) should be milled in flour to compensate for this nonexistent deficiency.
Iron. Mainstream medicine keeps insisting on unreasonable levels being correct, and that the majority of people is deficient despite showing no symptoms, that this deficiency is extremely difficult to correct because the body fights absorbing more iron and technologies were developed how to supplement iron in a way that won't make the food too disgusting to eat. Many countries also mandate "fortifying" flour with iron, which is the real reason why some people think that grains are basically toxic, as well as the reason why people suffer from gluten sensitivities and other weird diseases (as the iron irritates the bowel)
