However social background is another decisive factor. A black guy from a rich family will probably be way smarter than a white guy from a poor family.
That difference in background is clearly unfair, but making everyone the same is no solution. For we aren't. And it's probably better like that. Incest leads to extinction.
Races exist. There is no way around admitting that.
