This, its just got to be a lot of bits of information. Lottery numbers could be faked, this guy could just work in lotto, but something like the prices of every stock in all major markets in 1 weeks time couldnt really be messed with.

The best way to avoid the 'changing the future with info' problem is by predicting events with very specific facts (e.g. the number of deaths in a train accident and the time of day) while not revealing the location, as it could happen in hundreds of thousands of locations all over the world.

Give predictions on things humans have no way of controlling or predicting.
A big list of earthquake locations, times, and magnitudes would be a good place to start.

Let's say that can event A is yet to happen. A is a random event and hence, no predictions can be made regarding the outcome. A Time traveler, from the future, is likely to know the outcome since it happened to him in the past. A test of his claims and the actual outcome is what is needed as proof. To further sieve out 'luck', this experiment needs to be repeated many times.
