>>12007040Not that anon but there's nothing wrong with drinking lots of water after consuming a lot of sodium. The opposite situation is actually the one to watch out for because the danger of overhydration mostly comes from diluting the sodium in your blood (Hyponatremia).
If you don't have dangerously low sodium intake, or medical conditions that cause you to retain abnormally large amounts of water then it's not really a danger outside of fringe cases like those 2 college kids who drank around 25-30 gallons between the two of them in a single night (one of them died).
