The gas would cause the blood vessels to swell up (and possibly rupture in places like the lungs and eyes) while the thick goop would clog them up. Furthermore, the body would also instantly start to deoxydize as well as lock up in the joints as the musculature fails rapidly.
In addition to that all pain receptors in the body would trigger at the same time as the body tries to formulate a response. That said, the also boiling hormones might have different effects, if any at all, that I don't know about. With some luck the person would be already unconscious by this point.
Oh, and the boiling eyeballs would cease working, though they might show random patterns for a moment before shutting down. Same with the brain, it might start hallucinating or any number of other things as it rapidly fails.
All in all, it'd not be a pretty way to go.
