How damaging are these things to your lungs without a spacer? I just did a first aid course and they said without a spacer it just clogs up the lungs. How much damage is decades of misusing this doing to people?

You don’t need a spacer. Spacers are mostly for children. Inhalers don’t damage your lungs.

Albuterol doesnt damage your lungs you ragin moron, it doesnt even effect them. It dilates your bronchial tubes. Albuterol saved me life once when I went into anaphylactic shock and stopped being able breathe to due to swelling in my throat and bronchial tubes.
How the fuck would a spacer even be able to change the way the drug interacts with you body? Are you genuinely retarded?
