Maybe instead of focusing on "diversity", we should be focusing on hiring the best people available?
Also, all of the "diversity articles" they cite are pseudoscience - they were created by biased people to make sure they got the "right" answer, not testing a hypothesis to see what the differences are.
Most black people face "discrimination" because patients are skeptical of their abilities because of affirmative action. If you increase affirmative action, then you're going to increase discrimination because people will always question whether or not they're good enough to be scientists, or if they were just a diversity hire.
