What would happen if we replicated Young's double-slit experiment but instead of one plate we have three layers of them? Would we be able to shed light in the form of a wave, then turn it into a particle once it goes through the second monitored plate and then turn it back into a wave when it goes through the third plate with the unobserved slits?
I actually tried to replicate this experiment with a laser pointer but wasn't able to make the slits small enough to work
