>>12000030I doubt it. It's far more likely that if/when intelligent life develops, it probably can't get off the surface of its planet due to high gravity. Not to mention how lucky we are that a) wood, b) bone, and c) flint/chert exist. If you don't have any of those I don't see civilization arising. Bones and wood are probably not common.
