Would it be possible to grow hydroponic style plants underground using the light emitted specifically from carbon arc lamps?
Apparently they produce dangerous UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C rays so i was wondering
And yes i already know these would not be as efficient as other options and I know they would have fire problems etc. I just want to know if its possible that the plants would grow from the light emitted from the carbon arc lamps or not.
