I'm pretty certain that I'm a sociopath and a narcissist
but I'm not excessively attractive so whenever I try to penetrate an established social group, they always perceive me as a red flag after few exchanges.
scientifically speaking, how can I improve my odds before saving up for plastic surgery?

Scientifically speaking the term sociopathy isn't used anymore.
Also you should consider that you are most likely just a brainlet and that self diagnosis is highly inaccurate. Stop acting like a retard and or being too silent and others will be more likely to accept you.

are you frustrated when you realize other people acknowledge the truth directly and you're still in denial? probably not a sociopath. catch up. tall king is healthy. just be a human. read books and learn to foreshadow through speech. this will give you a human feeling. and then you want to switch between healing with friends and peering into your shadow. also. sociopathy is not a thing, that is some confused diagnosis. there is a dark triad classical sociopaths are part of, but the symptoms we have today are known as antisocial personality disorder. this makes more sense to the subjects of the science of psychology today.

also, you probably fear failure. well. like the mantra in mad max 'live. die. live again'. you have to enter a social circle/wheel to live. if you fail, die and move on. moving on is important to life and getting better. fail with people it doesn't matter. they probably want to see you get better anyways.

I'm pretty sure it is. This is all the social stuff in my life since March, and it was also everything I got from 2014-2019. 4chan is definitely a social experience.

Attractiveness is not important. What's important is to read the flow of the dialogues within the ingroup and adopt the ingroup lingo quickly. The art of socialization is same as art of war (by suntzu). You have to know your strengths/weaknesses and know your target's strengths/weaknesses. Latch on where they don't expect and let go where they expect you to stay strong. The point is to let them relax their guard. You can target individuals within the group as well if the feel is right, don't get too cocky as they can see excessiveness as threat. Hit something against yourself to make them perceive you as slightly more equal. The groups don't like stronger or weaker. They want equal partners.

Narcissists can be secondary psychopaths, but it's more of a state of narcissism they occupy. If you identify as a nacissist, you likely are not one. If you identify as a sociopath you could certainly be one. However I'd reccomend thinking about whether you're a sociopath or if you just don't give a shit about things others tend to give a shit about (socially performing or not).
I'm in the second group, but I used to think I was close to a sociopath. Nowadays I don't have many friends, but those I do have are clearly going to be lifelong friends.
