I'm getting 2 root canals tomorrow, my dentist says Injecting the novacane in the back of the tooth is much more effective, how true is this?

Nice meth mouth faggot. Which fucking teeth are you getting root canals on? If we are talking posterior teeth then yes you do need local anasthetic injections in "the back" of your mouth. If we are talking anterior teeth then no, you only need injections right at the tooth.
Why the incredibly specific question? Local anasthesia works great and wears off in a couple of hours.

How the fuck do people have teeth this bad? I'd admit, I'm a nasty fuck that can go an entire month without brushing teeth, but the worst I get is it turning yellow. When I finally brush *most* of it comes off. I've never got any of my teeth to fucking rot besides some cavities. Is it a genetic or dietary thing? Root canals are memes. It's better to have the two dead teeth replaced with implants if you're older than 25 (jaw done developing fully). Unless the teeth are at the front, don't get porcelain or zirc caps for the implants either. They scratch, stain, are bacteriogenic and really should be replaced yearly if you're going to have them. Gold-platiunum alloy caps are the best, better than actual teeth even and last a life time.

Implants have their own issues and risks. And they are much more expensive compared to root canals.

Admittedly many dentists do suck at endodontics/root canals, but a well done root canal can last a very long time, and even with a crown on top is a quantum level cheaper than the implant alternative. You can always do the implant at any point in the future.

Not all of us are made of money, anon. Insurance barely covers dental at all and the costs are pretty bloated. People that are broke as shit just get teeth pulled. People that have a decent income usually get fillings or crowns. Root canals are pretty much the emergency option and cost a fuckton. Implants are a complete non-option for most people because of how costly they are.
