Then you don't want to pass the test bad enough. Either discipline yourself enough to do so and succeed, or find a way to live with not being good enough to make it. This kind of decision making gets a lot easier the older you get.

maninho, I went throught something similiar, I'll be doing ITA's test this year but my issue wasn't lack of focus, is just that everyone around me wasn't working as hard so I felt pretty lonely until I found a person who was working as hard as I am. desu I'm not really sure how high is the bar this year thanks to the quaratine, but yeah it's pretty fucking tough. Work and dedication can beat any test and if you have any doubts I'll be happy to help you.

Here's what's working for me: bought a ear plug for absolute silence, while I read the theory I write it down in A4 paper and as soon as I get it, I do as many exercises as I can, of course, doing pomodoros of 30-10

Try to practice as much as you can, because you start to keep your mind busy, also search for books that are focused on the exam, you can get good tips on that at pir2 and uf55

When you can't focus at all, try to workout for a bit, it can be pushups or just a walk and then come back (that will help you too if you are considering taking the military career)

Repeat every single day until you start getting used to it

Stop thinking about how hard it is and focus on learning, the more you get interested in the subjects, the more you brain saves the information, after you learn, practice with the previous exams as much as you can to see how they apply everything.
Iirc ITA is considered the hardest because they go really deep in the subjects so work on your bases and build up from there.
Don't count on them being easier because of the pandemic, if they wanted to make it easier this year they'd change the dates, they want professionals that will be serving at any situation
