an external observer (that observes you/the particle) can only say where you probably be / what velocity you have.

i want to know, if the particle can say exactly where it is what velocity it has, all the time

This is actually a really interesting question. I think the way we currently think of a wavefunction would actually suggest that it isn't defined. The wavefunction can be thought of (assuming you're imagining a Copenhagen-type interpretation) as a probability density for the particle, but in order to define a frame of reference of the particle, you have to actually have in mind some definite location.
On the other hand, if you are imagining the wavefunction as a pilot wave like Bohm would, then the wavefunction can be defined in the particle's frame of reference, and this seems to me to be the only way in which this question can be well-defined.

The wavefunction is not subjective, it is simply a description of the particle. So asking what the wavefunction would look like from the particle's point of view is nonsensical.

what if you travel close to the speed of light and length changes, wouldnt the wave change too, for it to be consistent from all frames of reverence?

for me pilot wave theory always seemed more natural, although i have no idea why it isn't more accepted eventhough it delivers the same results

*for position and velocity to be consistent from all frames of reference, like in relativity

Op your picture can't possibly be right. It's not monochromatic. Only a sine or code is monochromatic. All other functions will have a frequency spectrum not one discrete frequency. Therefore a DeBroglie frequency cannot exist. Either the frequency is a spectrum or the particle is not bound locally.
