There's no definitive answer because it's not studied much but I'd say no, you can't have lucid dreams every night, most people don't even remember one dream per night.
And since most lucid dreams begin from a normal dream it'll not be a consistent story since you don't dream of the same thing every night.

Sometimes I dream about my middle school Onetis, she was so cute,while I'm in the dream and few seconds after waking up I feel happy and warm because I think I'll be able to see here whenever I want just like in school; then I realize that It was just a dream and that even though I could take a plane to my hometown and call her to ask if she wants to hang out, I know It won't be the same.

we have the same age in the dream baka(she's like 5 months older tho), those dreams are mostly about we having a big middle school Class reunion or some, Where everyone (that I liked) was successful, I'm the owner of my own hospital and she's a Pro Tennis player.

Well, you always dream, you just don't remember them. I've heard of people training themselves to periodically pinch their skin, or something similar, in order to see if they notice pain. No pain = lucid dream. I don't know how successful it is. I used to be much more aware of when I was dreaming as a child, but I hardly even remember dreams anymore.
