as far as i know fishtanks at markets are loaded with anti biotics, so if you get some of that water and start treating your leg with it, or even drink it, it might help. your other bet is finding a vet who can give fish anti biotics to you

I couldn't find the image on a reverse search, so the best advice I can give you is to ignore all the suggestions in this thread and contact your doctor.
I also recommend putting polysporin on it and covering it with a large bandage to prevent infection
