Solving the problem was easy, finding a publisher is hard. If the prize was for math, then I would have it. As it is, the prize is for social networking which not my strong suit. As long as the USA niggers keep sending national security letters to everyone send my manuscript to, letters that say, "Under penalty of life in prison, you must not publish Tooker's papers," I expect that no one will ever publish them. If you look even closer at the Millennium prize rules, you will see that the waiver granted to Perelman for only publishing on arXiv is the ~EXACT~ same waver they would need to extend to me for only publishing on viXra, but then I have to speculate as to whether or not viXra is a fake website designed to fool me into thinking that my papers are openly available for download on the public internet.
