yes, I understand this, I took OP to mean what happens when we've extracted it all, and it then ends up in the atmosphere, and then leaves.
Afterall, his pic is balloons, and his text is 'all of Earth's helium'.

Uranium decay constantly generates it, and while it's a crappy alpha emitter the generation levels can be quite high from synthetic isotopes. If nuclear power becomes more widespread and we stop burying it, a mole (232-239g) of a transuranic waste will emit 3-9 miles of helium 12-27g of it's mass in helium. If we're using the nuclear waste heat anyway it might one day make sense to remove the gas from storage facilities to get the highly valuable xenon gas and keep helium as a waste product. Gas build up is actually a primary reason for waste mobility and why burying is so difficult. I'd much rather put it to work.
