you can't make a 3d printer that's 100% any 1 material. So it's not possible. Maybe if we can 3d print pure carbon dust in a way that the atomic structure varies enough to create conductors, resistors, capacitors, transistors then and only then can we do it with 100% 1 type of material. However at this point you've just replicated a carbon based life form.
