Because actual randomized controlled trials have shown HCQ is not an effective treatment and this evidence is far more compelling than retrospective observational studies? You know there are therapies that do actually work in RCTs right? Why do you want to waste taxpayer money?

I've seen trials showing that HCQ is not effective in isolation, but is there one about HCQ+Zinc? Not just asking to stir shit, I've genuinely tried looking and couldn't find any
