Deep understanding of fundamental Math/Phys/Chem

Hi /sci/,

I need serious help, i was looking for an old thread for about 3 hrs but couldn't find it. I'm a vet student but always wanted to learn math/physics/chemistry. I never learned the reasoning behind formulas and equations, sadly that curiosity bloomed in college, a bit to late. I really want to learn this shit but my peanut brain doesn't know where to start.

I need some advice on what books/youtubers/etc i should read/watch for a literal brainlet who can't even add. Maybe even a tip or two for concentrating on studying since my head hurts a shit ton after 30 min. Thanks bros.
