Hello, /sci/. I am from Spain and I need someone to give me solid arguments so I can buy the official narrative about this pandemic because what I've been seeing in the last 5 months doesn't make any sense to me.
After the initial spike and later descent in March and April in both the cases and deaths curves and having been through one of the hardest lockdowns in the whole world the government progressively started to let the population go out and work out or letting the kids breathe fresh air around early May.
Well, by that time people was fed up and desperate and masks were still optional and I can assure you that people started to go out en masse for more time than allowed, without masks, having illegal parties with people sharing drinks and having sex, etc.
But the curve kept going down and by early-mid June there was almost zero new daily cases and not a single death.
By early July suddenly the government started to test people randomly and we have outbreaks everywhere every day with cases starting to grow exponentially again but almost without deaths or hospitalizations and the media talking 24/7 about it making people scared again with everyone using masks even under scorching heat.
My question is the following (I'm not even going to talk about the fact that >95% of the killed by the coronavirus were old people left neglected in nursing homes): If the incubation period of the virus is around two weeks, why NOBODY from the people that threw the social distancing away from the window in early May ended up dead or at least in the hospital by mid and late May? Remember that I've said that the curves were at its minimum by late May and early June.
