How hard is it to be accepted for phd and get a scholarship/funding if all I have is bsc? Is it OVER for me and I shouldn't even bother?

Straight from a bachelor's probably like a 3.7 gpa and a 330 on GRE and 85th percentile on subject test, and A's in whatever graduate work you do as an undergrad. Research would be helpful. But the biggest thing of course are recommendations. You MUST get good letters from multiple professors, that put YOU SPECIFICALLY above other applicants.
From a master's it's much easier as (provided you have a good gpa like. 3.5 or so) you have demonstrated the ability to do graduate work at a graduate level. Recommendations are still crucial and the biggest factor, but are also easier to get as you bond closer with your professors/advisors in grad school. Research is also easier to get started in as a grad student.

Can you get into a decent Master's program with a 3.2
Assuming you have great GRE, research experience, recommendations, and possible graduate credit?
Want to do grad school but have no possible way of getting my cumulative GPA above a 3.2
However it is possible for me to have a major GPA of 4.0 still

I don't know about science, but for math I got into my PhD program without research (in my 2nd year now)
Also for GPA and GRE importance, I'm just speaking from personal experience.
For hard sciences and engineering I'm sure research is essential.

Seeing as this is a stem board you’re probably studying science and will almost certainly be on a research/teaching felowship depending on the wealth of the laboratory you join and the university. At ASU even what seemed to be well established labs seemed to be teaching every other semester. I joined a lab at a different uni where i’ll TA one half-semester and just do research for the rest.
