>>11972198I used to have it very often, like around 5 times during my sleep at night. Now I rarely have it. During a sleep paralysis I feel like I am totally conscious, but after waking up from it, I realize that I wasn't much conscious compared to when I am fully awaken. When I stopped to fear sleep paralysis, I stopped to have visons and weird noises. I realized that trying to fight to be able to move is useless is my case, I just have to wait until it stops.
The worst that happened to me during a sleep paralysis was, a kind of humanoid monster, laying on me and beating me, then the monster started touching my body with sexual intentions. When I stopped being paralyzed, the pain was still there. It wasn't a slight pain, it's was quite painful, like if it really happened to me.
