Because of the adaptability of collective human traits, no one type of human should be able to 'out-survive' another in any given natural environment. In other words, speciation is accounted for in the environmental effectivity.
An example of this is dogs. Dogs are all one species descended from something that resembles the African wild dog even though the variety of dogs is vast. This is because, although bred to excel at different behaviors and temperaments, their survivability is relatively untouched in the wild. Sure, you could make the case that bigger dogs could survive better in a given environment but that seems to be a different conversation.
Also a huge indicator of what orgasnism actually counts as a particular species is the ability to produce fertile offspring. Another example is that of a donkey and a horse. Both can produce fertile offspring when bred with members of the same species but they cannot interbreed and produce fertile offspring. Dogs can do so (and create unique looking fertile dogs in the process) which is why they are considered a species, much like humans.
Before jumping to human differences, maybe select a species, such as dogs or horses, that serves your point better.
