So I was getting ready to fry myself some potatoes and noticed something in the skillet.

I had a cold pan and put oil in it. Then added salt and pepper to the oil. As the pan heated up the salt and pepper moved together in a very cosmic string esq manner.

So could it be the case that heat being added to the universe/space from stars is the cause of the cosmic string looking universe we appear to see?

Or are we all just in something's frying pan, waiting to be eaten...
