Pupils are probably the only thing you can utilize to measure any form of intelligence.

Small pupils = brainlet/npc, although you'd have to account for pupil constriction due to certain drugs/medication or excessive lighting.

Correllated with IQ if I remember correctly, thus insofar IQ measures intelligence you can estimate the combined intelligence of a group with increasing accuracy when group size increases.

Do you have a link for me? I've never heard of this. Eye spacing I know is used by others to judge intelligence but pupil size seems weird to me.

Yes, we have found several phenotypic traits correllated with IQ. I don't have the expertise to judge what to make of this other than that we should be wary of judging individuals. The only way to know intelligence is to observe it. Humans do instinctually use phenotypic heuristics. Sometimes to the degree that it can overrule observation.
