Quantum uncertainty is usually thought of as something that only applies to single particles, but really it's an ever-increasing property that things have in relation to each other, which reduces with direct or indirect interactions.
So what happens if say, you had a magic chamber which nullified all interactions between a human and their surroundings? Quantum uncertainty of surroundings would rapidly increase from the human's perspective.
