The cure for cancer is eugenics or artificial bodies. We didn't evolve to live for as long as we do and our random breeding will always result in things like cancer creeping against us. Shit, cancer is actually a "feature" of our genetics to kill us off so we don't compete with our own offspring for resources. The only way around it is to actually remove ourselves from natural evolution, which we haven't actually done.

Actually, the Hepatitis A and B vaccine is covered by the provincial healthcare and also a lot (probably all, but I can't be sure) cover the $90,000 cost of treating Hepatitis C because it costs more to continue treating it than just curing it. There is literally no reason to have any of the Hepatitis' where I live.
