How did she expect it happened? How should it have happened? You make some sort of invention that allows you to look at something in more detail and of course you're going to use it to learn more about yourself and your immediate environment. Blood, spit, hairs, skin, cum and such are all available at any moment and are easy to prepare for microscopy. Or is this bad because "sperm is icky" or just "lol cum"?
In the comments of the tweet there are some people making some sort of "yikes" type comments, saying the idea is making them uncomfortable or that it's something they'd rather not think about. I guess this is a perfect example of drones that can't manage scientific thinking and lack any sort of curiosity about the world and instead just coast from one mind numbing day to another.
