I have not brushed mine in a great while and they still look the same. No cavities.

to be honest, i'm kind of bad about brushing my teeth. Usually just once a day. Rarely floss. Never had a cavity in my life (32 years old) and the dentist doesn't do much other than a regular cleaning.

I don't like sweets, so I'm guessing that's my saving grace. Or genetics.
