Is this anything more than quack pseudoscience?

I’m deeply disturbed by MWI’s implication that we’re all going to end up as miserable, blind, sickly, but sentient quadripeligics until the heat death of the universe.

I’m pretty sure that MWI is pseudoscientific BS, but would other people on here please state their opinion on the interpretation?
