Barring that, the next best thing she could do is double down on whoring and make some real money at it while she still can. The trajectory she's on right now will only end in tears. She'll wind up broke, lonely, and bitter. It's earnestly sad and I hope she finds a clue before it's too late. She seems like a nice person, just way too naive.
