What is considered cute, or not is subjective. Most people find dogs, baby Yoda, and babies very cute, but, me, and other people do not. I think the reason why we perceive certain things as cute is most likely due to biology, rather than environment, much like how sexual orientation is most likely due to biology. Whenever we find things cute, this is itself a form of attraction, not a sexual one.
