From what I gather virtually all ailments we suffer derive...from our psyche, or specifically events of great trauma that trigger a response in our brain which in turn triggers a corresponding response a set of organs.
But what I do not understand is how to cure this... For instance I have a younger brother whom suffers from eczema - round his eyes, feet, arms... you name it. From what I read this is a healing process and treatment such as cortisol creams only hinder this process. So what do I do, just get my brother to stop using creams for a week or so? If it gets worse, just blindly hope this is healing in process?
Then the element of trauma - which can be anything; come from anything. A food, animal, himself, someone else... I am lost.
