>>11957220Technically, many of the journals are non-profit, except greedos like Exelcisier. The issue, that i don't know, is how much money do they really need to charge for article. Some of it seems bloated but i'm not sure. There's also the option to make a paper open acess, at which point they'll demand $2-3k upfront on the submitee.
Even the archive, which is freely available, depends heavily on donations and i'm not sure how much it takes to run.
